Each assignment we undertake involves creating a team of advisors and client participants specifically tailored to take on the unique challenge at hand.
//Principals
Frank Pulcini
Frank is founder and President of Veros Advisors. He has 25 years of consulting experience advising Fortune 500 companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson as well as many biotechnology and not-for-profit organizations. His consulting experience started in 1987 at The Vanderveer Group in custom pharmaceutical marketing research. From there he led two of his own healthcare marketing research consultancies for 20 years before founding Veros Advisors. He also held positions in management and retail marketing at Firestone Tire & Rubber Co and has 10 years of sales and sales training experience in the pharmaceutical industry at OJF, Sandoz and Ross Laboratories. Frank received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Villanova University’s School of Commerce & Finance.
Tom Downing
For 20 years, and from both sides of the client/consultant relationship, Tom has been discovering meaningful insights and helping translate them into strategy. Twelve of these years he spent at GlaxoSmithKline, including a stint in Tokyo with GSK Japan. As a consultant, he has advised pharmaceutical companies, device manufacturers and other healthcare organizations, as well as a wide range of consumer-facing organizations. He has taught anthropology at Gloucester County College in New Jersey, and has been a guest lecturer at Temple University. Tom is a past board member of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group. He holds a degree in cultural anthropology from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Marriott School of Management.
Matt Fieger
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Colgate University. Matt contributes his problem solving background along with his passion for world affairs into Veros Advisors' framework.
Matt is adept at applying design principles in highly technical as well as strategic marketing projects. On the technical side, he worked on the design of radiochemical separation processes for accelerator mass spectrometry measurement on the part per trillion level. On the strategic end, Matt helped a major pharmaceutical industry client understand how large U.S hospitals and integrated delivery networks combat MRSA, leading to a strategic redesign of its brand educational approach. In a more recent project, he helped a pharmaceutical manufacturer redesign its institutional marketing program.
Matt has lived in Amman, Jordan and Damascus, Syria and has studied at both University of Jordan and Damascus University. He enjoys international travel and studies Arabic in his free time.
